In this case, we can clearly see that due to a single conflict between a group whole group is affected by it, and productivity is decreased drastically.

The person who can solve a group conflict is known as a harmonizer so they can participate in the matter and can solve it easily and the group will remain in harmony.

As being in a group we can compromise on some of the points to keep the group in harmony. There are many ways of doing one of it is

Initiator : First we can conpromise on our some of points it will create a positive impact on others and they will also do the same thing.

Opinion Giver: Only become an opinion giver and try not to paste your thoughts on others

d)Not to become Jugemental:

Try not to judge others on the way they see the different scenarios because you have not lived the life how they have so, it is in both interests to not pass any judgemental statements.

e)Dominators:

Never try to dominate anybody else on the base of gender, color, caste or by any type because everybody has gone through a tough face of learning to get to this point.
