Positive Reflection

Presentation

In one of the session, We had to make a presentation on “Toat”. We have to make a visual representation on a chart. This a task that I personally have never performed. Our target was to come up with one idea and draw it on the chart

Team Work

The main takeaway that I got from that activity was teamwork can create confidence, empathy, and lots of ideas. The basic element behind a good presentation was teamwork and how you can learn from them and learn about how they create a new idea.

Empathy

The other thing which is necessary for good teamwork is empathy. We cannot be right every time and we have to give space to others as well by this we can achieve maximum success.

Confidence

This activity helped me boost my confidence as I was the one who was going to present in front of the class. I did make some mistakes which were covered by my teammates. In the end, everybody gave me a good round of applause, and that eventually helped me in a way that I come to the stage to present.

Feedback

Before Amal critical feedback was just like a nonexisting thing. After joining Amal I come to know about this concept and It helped me in many ways to overcome my shortcomings. Which I myself cannot see in myself. So, getting feedback after the presentation was like a gift to me.
