Starting from two days before today I have started to practice to run 400m in 120s for that initialy I will not eat any type of unhealthy food and will never miss a day of practice.For now I will do simple running for aroud 2km which will increase as time passes it is also a warmup like run after that I will do 2 to 4 times full 400m track.In my diet plain I will mostly eat the housemade meals and drink around 1 liter of milk regularly which will be pure as we own cows
